Please note due to the one of a kind nature 24Karas jewelry, each item is handmade to order. It may take up to a week and a half to make your item. Please allow ample time when ordering. If you need something sooner please let us know first so we can make sure you have your item in time. Thank you!
STUDIO PICK UP
If you live in the NYC area please email shop@24karas.com if you would like to pick up your item at our studio or arrange a time to shop at the studio.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- We offer returns for 24Karas store credit within 7 days. No returns or exchanges on custom orders.
- You must first contact shop@24karas.com to receive a Return Authorization & indicate your reason on the invoice received with purchase.
- Please package the item(s) with padding.
- Jewelry must be in clean, unworn & otherwise resalable condition when it is returned to us. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if these conditions are not met.
- Returns are processed in the order received and may take 2-10 days to be refunded once we receive them.
